Refunds apply only under the following conditions:

Wrong item delivered

Damaged item delivered

Order paid online but vendor cannot fulfill

 

Refund Timeline: Within 24 hours of delivery complaint.

Refunds will be processed back to original payment mode or wallet credit.

No refund is provided for:

Taste issues (for food items)

Customer changing mind after item prepared or dispatched
